Fluorescein Angiogram / Color Pictures |
|||||
Ocular photography has several different names: "Fundus photography", "Retinal photography" and when referring to the optic nerve, it's called "Disc photography".(Disc photos are usually done for patients with glaucoma or if the doctor suspects glaucoma). The photos on this page are of retinal disorders such as Age Related Macular Degeneration, Central Serous Retinopathy, and Diabetic Retinopathy, just to name a few. They are examples of "color photos" and Fluorescein Angiography pictures. (Fluorescein Angiography is a test ordered by a retina specialist to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of retina disorders). I hope you find these photos educational as well as interesting ! |
